Plone 3.0.3 is the very latest stable release of Plone and is a major advance on version version 2 (which has now been around for a number of years). Version 3 is building towards using Zope 3, although it still runs on Zope 2.10 and used the "five" product to use Zope 3 "like" features.

When you order a new instance you can specify either Plone 2 or Plone 3, just be aware that for the moment the add-on product set for Plone 3 is limited and will be until product maintainers catch up with mainstream development.
