The Bug Tracker
If you are having a problem with services provided by Encryptec then feel free to log a query on the bug tracker and an engineer will investigate the problem and provide feedback. This tracker can also be used to report issues with Free / Open Source products that Encryptec provide to the community. Please note that information posted to the tracker is visible to the world, so no passwords please!
The Forums
If you have a query or need some generic support, please consider posting your request to one of the available Forums. The benefits of this are many-fold, for example;
- Many people can see the query and you may get a useful response from another user in addition to one from Encryptec staff.
- Other people may see the posting and realise they have the same issue, which is useful for spotting common problems, especially for issues where it's not clear who or what is as fault, or even if it's actually a problem.
- The response / solution can be seen by the World, so you may actually see the solution to your problem without having to post , or indeed the response to your query may solve someone else's problem.
